Dr. Castrodale arrived at Coulee Medical Center in 1998. He focuses on the complete scope of family medicine with fellowship training in obstetrics. He attended the University of Washington for his bachelor's degree and his medical degree. He completed his Family Medicine Residency and Obstetrics Fellowship at the Sacred Heart and Deaconess Hospitals in Spokane.
Raised in Wenatchee, Wendy received her Master's from Washington State University and completed her internship at CMC's Coulee Family Medicine. She is a certified family nurse practitioner. Wendy splits her time between Coulee Family Medicine and Coulee City Clinic.
Medical Education: Washington State UniversityDr. Knox has experience and education in family medicine, obstetrics, inpatient, and outpatient care and worked in the research field for four years before decideing to pursue her medical degree at the University of Washington. She's a mother of two and excited to be joining CMC's family medicine and obstetrics team.
Medical Degree: University of Washington Residency: Providence St. Peter Hospital - Olympia, WADr. McConnell joined the Coulee Medical Center team in August of 2017. He graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas with a B.A. in Biology and minors in Chemistry and German. He attended the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and obtained his M.D. in 2014. He completed his Family Medicine residency at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington
Dr. Myers was born in Richland, Washington and grew up in Eastern Washington. Dr. Myers joined the Coulee Medical Center team in December of 2016, he came to us from Indian Health Services in Nespelem, WA. He attended the University of Colorado School of Medicine and obtained his M.D. in 1994. He completed his Family Practice Residency at the Trover Clinic in Madisonville, KY.
Dr. Chaffee joined Coulee Medical Center with emphasis on obstetrics, emergency medicine, trauma, cardiovascular disease and diabetes. He was born in Seattle and raised in Arlington. Dr. Chaffee graduated from the University of Washington, served his internship in Spokane and his residency work in Colville, WA.
Dr. Ellefsen came to Coulee Medical Center from Spokane, WA where he completed his Residency at Family Medicine Spokane in 2009. He received his B.S. in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training in 2002. He attended the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona where he received his Doctorate of Osteopathic medicine in 2006. Dr. Ellefsen has been with Coulee Medical Center for many years and continues to work in our Emergency Department.
Chris McGlothlen, PA-C was born and raised in Yakima, Washington. He joined the Coulee Medical Center team in October of 2017. Chris graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington with a B.S. in Atmospheric Sciences in 1990. He then served as an Officer in the U.S. Navy. Chris went on to obtain his B. S. in Physician Assistant Studies from Oregon Health & Sciences University in Portland, Oregon in 1997. Chris specializes in Emergency Medicine.
Karen came to Coulee Medical Center from Northeast Washington Medical Group in Colville. She received her bachelor's of science in nursing from Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota, in 2000 and her Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Minnesota in 2002.
Dr. Holman was born and raised in Oklahoma. She received her B.S. in
Microbiology at the University of Oklahoma. She graduated from the
University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine in 2014. She attended the University of Washington Psychiatry Residency Program in Seattle.
Dr. Hsu joined the Coulee Medical Center Team in November of 2015. Born in New Zealand, she graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Dublin, Ireland and her main focus areas are Endocrinology, general diabetes and thyroid issues. Her Residency was completed at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, TX and her Fellowship for endocrinology was at the Houston Methodist Hospital, Houston, TX.
Anna Hardesty joined the Coulee Medical Center team in February of 2020. She attended Andrews University in Michigan for her undergrad and graduate degrees, graduating with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in August of 2015. Her first job out of school was in Kent, WA at ATI Physical Therapy – working for almost three years as an outpatient physical therapist. She then became a travel physical therapist for almost 2 years before signing on with Coulee Medical Center. She currently works in both the outpatient clinic and inpatient/LTC settings here at Coulee Medical Center.
Rick was raised in Index, WA in the Cascade Mountains on the west side of Stevens Pass. He graduated from Eastern Washington University Physical Therapy program in 1988. After practicing in Spokane for 3 years, he moved to Grand Coulee in 1991 and opened Grand Coulee Physical Therapy. After 23 years, Rick became a full time CMC employee in 2014. He has once again become a student and is earning a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree.
Sam graduated from Washington State University in 2009 with a B.S. in Neuroscience and Kinesiology. She went on to obtain a Masters Physician Assistant Studies from Rocky Mountain College in Billings Montana with an emphasis in rural family practice . She joined the Coulee Medical Center family practice team in 2011 and spent 9 years in clinical family practice. As of 2021 she has transitioned over to the Surgical Care Team. She continues to enjoy the variety that rural medicine provides from urgent care to surgical procedures.
Dr. Hsieh joined the Coulee Medical Center team in August of 2015. Born in Hong Kong, he graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Dublin, Ireland. His main focus is on general surgery, some procedures include but are not limited to - colonoscopy, gallbladder disease, soft tissue disease, gastrointestinal disease, hernias, thyroid, laparoscopic, vascular, and varicose veins. he completed his surgical residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas in June of 2015.
Brian joined Coulee Medical Center in 2019 from Spokane, WA where he has been providing anesthesia services since 2015. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Kettering College of Medical Arts in Ohio and graduated with a Master of Anesthesia Education from Gonzaga University in 2015. He completed his anesthesia residency at Sacred Heart and Holy Family Medical Centers in Spokane, WA. His anesthesia practice includes general surgery, emergency/trauma, ENT, urology, neurosurgery, vascular, orthopedic, high-risk obstetrics, and pediatrics.
Mike joined Coulee Medical Center in 1999. He received his M.S. in Biology from Southern Connecticut State University and his board certification in anesthesia from Bridgeport Hospital Nurse Anesthesia program. His anesthesia practice has included open heart surgery, trauma, high-risk obstetrics, pediatrics, and regional, vascular, thoracic, neuro and ambulatory surgery.
