Description:

The Family Practice Physician with OB position is a full time position. This position is responsible for fulfilling a vital role in the community providing comprehensive health care to all ages emphasizing preventative health practices and disease management. Must be able to perform C-sections independently and provide case log to support application for C-section privileges. This position acts as the hub of the patient care team diagnosing and treating illness; providing routine examinations, referring to specialty services, and performing follow-up. In addition to providing quality patient care, the Family Practice Physician with OB provides medical direction to clinic staff as well as providing oversight and consults for Allied Health Professional providers. As part of a critical access hospital and rural health clinic, this position operates as support for the Emergency Department, Hospital, and OB services. Qualifications: M.D. or DO; Current license to practice medicine issued by the state of Washington; Certifications as outlined in the Medical Staff By-laws. Board Certified or Board eligible in Family Medicine. Graduate of accredited Family Medicine Residency Program.

Description:

Coulee Medical Center is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join our Radiology Department team! The Ultrasound Technologist supports the patient care cycle by performing a variety of imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety conducting these procedures in accordance with state, federal and industry guidelines; including ultrasound studies. This position utilizes strong time management, organizational, and problem solving skills to maintain patient flow while balancing the need for emergent/stat studies needed. The Ultrasound Technologist is expected to stay abreast of current technology, changes and improvements in their field of expertise. The Ultrasound Technologist maintains a close working relationship with Medical Providers, nursing and other staff members. This position supports the Radiology team in a manner consistent with the Mission and Vision of Coulee Medical Center. A $5,000 sign on bonus is being offered to fill this position.

Coulee Medical Center, a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital, has a current opening for a Full Time MT/MLT position. Must be well organized and able to work independently and have good team work performing in-house chemistry, hematology, coagulation, blood banking and microbiology testing. We do train in blood banking and microbiology for the position. Required to obtain Washington State Medical Assistant Phlebotomist certification within 90 days of employment as there is a small amount of venipuncture when needed. Position is 36-40 hours per week. Description:

This position is responsible for monitoring patient entry and departure to and from the facility. This requires exceptional communication skills, a heightened sense of awareness, and the ability identify patient needs, then take action accordingly. This position must be flexible to the needs of patients and the facility. The ability to adapt as needed to assist patients is imperative. The Patient Concierge will act as a facility liaison between patients and CMC staff and will need to know or learn all essential aspects of the facility and operations including the layout of the building in order to direct patients accordingly. Additionally, this position requires exceptional customer service/people skills with the ability to de-escalate/redirect potentially hostile situations in the entryway.
