This position initiates the patient care cycle by providing primary care and OB services to Coulee Medical Center patients. The Family Practice with OB Physician fulfills a vital role in the community providing comprehensive health care to all ages emphasizing preventative health practices and disease management. This position acts as the hub of the patient care team diagnosing and treating illness; providing routine examinations, referring to specialty services and performing follow-up. In addition to providing quality patient care the Family Practice with OB Physician provides medical direction to clinic staff as well providing oversight and consults for mid-level practitioners. As part of a critical access hospital this position operates as support for the Emergency Department and OB unit. The Family Practice with OB Physician supports the organization by being an active member of the medical team and carries out these duties in a manner consistent with the Mission and Vision of Coulee Medical Center. M.D. or DO; Current license to practice medicine issued by the state of Washington; Certifications as outlined in the Medical Staff By-laws. Board Certified or Board eligible in Family Medicine and OB. Graduate of accredited Family Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program. CMC is a progressive, not-for-profit, 25 bed critical access hospital, located in rural Eastern Washington’s Grand Coulee Dam Area. Description:

Seeking Surgical Nurse for FTE position with benefits. 4- 10 hour shifts a week in our 2 OR suite unit. Surgery nurses are cross trained to work in PACU. Currently we average 42 cases a month. We have a growing orthopedic service along with general and OB. On call shifts are 1-2 nights a week and a minimum of 1 weekend a month. Out of area candidates have a dormitory available for housing during your work week. * We will consider training a motivated candidate*. Please consider joining our team of dedicated staff members. Must have valid WA State RN license. Position includes Recruitment and Retention Bonus of $6000.00 with two-year commitment; $2000.00 paid upon completion of 90-day introductory period, $2000.00 paid upon completion of 12 months of employment and remainder paid upon completion of 24 months of employment. Description:

Coulee Medical Center is seeking two experienced Mid-Level Providers to join our Emergency Department Team on a full time basis. This position must possess the requisite skills and abilities to work quickly and efficiently in a stressful environment while balancing and addressing patient concerns; acting as a patient advocate explaining procedures and relaying expectations while gathering pertinent information to determine appropriate care. Responsibilities will include primary Emergency Room coverage, coverage of LTC patient emergencies, admitting patients to Acute Care Hospitalist services and will occasionally be assigned to provide Urgent Care services. Will consider either ARNP or PA-C. Must have a current license to practice medicine issued by the state of Washington.
